DEPRESSION Common symptoms
1.feelings of sadness/low feeling.
Sleep disturbance
Weakness
Decreased appetite.
Not interested in daily activities.
Lack of intrest in surrounding.
Uneasiness.
Decreased decision power.
Guilt feeling,,feeling worthless.
depression can lead to suicidal tendencies, commonly in adolescent and young adults. As well as in-old people .
Due to social stigma less than 50% of of DEPRESSION Patients seek medical help.
REMEMBER-DEPRESSION can be treated with moern medicines and supportive measures like-EXERCISE/YOGA/PRANAYAM/MEDITATION /PSYCHOTHERAPY.
WINTER and ASTHMA
While winter is considered as Healthy season-in which you can eat well and exercise well…But it can be hazardous for people having ASTHMA,,they have more chances of increasing symptoms -BREATHLESS and COUGH- following exposures to smoke,fog,cold and minor viral infection can bring severe ASTHMA ATTACK.
POLLUTION/SMOKE/DUST MITES on pillows mattresses can aggravate ASTHMA.,
maintain good hygiene-hand wash,,proper diet and exercise help to reduce viral infection. Get flu vaccine as it will help reduce viral infection and its complications.
EYE CARE
Food like green leafy vegetables, spinach, papaya, corn, green peas and egg yolks are good for EYE health. Apricots AND ALMONDS are good antioxidants and help in protecting the eye lens.
Multi-vitamins especially Vitamin A, also help in reviving eye nutritional balance. Most types of milk are also fortified with Vitamin A. Vitamin A is essential to proper functioning of the retina. It also helps prevent night blindness by helping the eye to adapt between bright light darkness.
TIPS
Blink often.
. Blink your eyes often while working on computer Take a break from strenuous work and relax your eyes.
.1 Do not expose eyes to bright and direct sunlight..
2.Never watch solar eclipse without protecting glasses.
3. Protect your eyes from sand, dust and smoke..
4. INTERMITTENTLY splash water on face with eye closed.
5. Never use others handkerchiefs or towels.
6.Do not lie on the floor and read.
7. Book to be placed at least 12 inches away.
8. When reading the light source should be behind you and direct the light on the page. .
EYE CHECK UP.
MUST FOR CHILDREN BETWEEN 1 TO 5 YEARS.
AT LEAST ONCE IN TEENAGE AND YOUNG ADULT .
AFTER 40 YEARS EVERY 1 /2YEARS.MORE IF YOU HAVE HIGH BP/DIABETES.
VITAMIN B12 DEFICIENCY.
Now a days VIT B12 deficiency is increasing ,specially in young who use TOBBACO IN any form,ALCOHOLICS,,persons who are pure vegetarians/vegans,,in children who are not taking proper milk and dairy products and certain stomach diseases -PERNICIOUS ANEMIA.

fatigue ,,red tongue
constipation or diarrhea,, abdominal pain. nausea and vomiting .
numbness or tingling in the hands and feet,
weakness or loss of balance,,memory loss.

IN LAST 30YRS NUMBER OF OBESE PEOPLE HAVE DOUBLED.
MORE THAN 30–35% OF ADULT POPULATION IS EITHER OBESE or OVERWEIGHT.
10–15 % OF CHILDREN R OBESE –CHILDHOOD OBESITY IS SERIOUS PROBLEM.
OBESITY MEANS PRESENCE OF EXCESSIVE FAT INTHE BODY.
BMI IS THE INDICATOR OF OBESITY.[NORMAL RANGE 23–25]
BMI 25 TO 29 IS OVERWEIGHT,,MORE THAN 29 IS OBESE.

HENIA-INCISIONAL HERNIA.
SKIN DISEASE–FUNGAL and BACTERIAL INFECTIONS.
ARTHRITIS–KNEE JOINT PROBLEMS.
PAIN IN HEELS//SOLE OF FEET.
IN FEMALE PCOD [POLYCYSTIC OVARIAN DISEASE]–

what is health?merely absence from illness is not health,it means state of total wellbeing physical-mental social and above all SPIRITUAL.

incidence of diabetes is increasing hence it is mandatory to recognise it early-prediabetic stage-b-carefull before actual damage starts.
